PUTRAJAYA: Political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda, charged with abetting in the murder of Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu, will remain in jail until his application for bail goes before the Shah Alam High Court on Jan 19.
The Court of Appeal decided this when it struck out Razak's application to revise the High Court refusal last Friday to extend his bail without a formal application.
