KOTA KINABALU: The High Court has deleted the part of the coroner’s verdict that found former Sabah minister Datuk Conrad Mojuntin liable for culpable homicide.

High Court Justice Datuk Sulong Matjarie, however, maintained the portions where Coroner Dean Wayne Daly ruled that Mojuntin “was criminally concerned” and had “exposed himself to criminal liability” by firing his shotgun at Anthony Chang Kim Fook's legs on Oct 23, 2005.
