KOTA BARU: Kota Baru MP Datuk Zaid Ibrahim completed his 18-month suspension from Umno three weeks ago but party officials have not informed him whether he is reinstated to the division chief's post.

“I completed the suspension as of Dec 23, last year and I wrote to both the party management and president (Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi) seeking my reinstatement,” he said, adding that the party should reinstate him as the division head here.
