ABOUT 3,000 residents living in Bandar Utama, Batang Kali, have to put up with clogged drains and rubbish piled up in front of their houses.
They have to bear with the stench from the rubbish that has not been collected and the possibility of a dengue outbreak due to mosquitoes breeding in the stagnant water, Malaysia Nanban reported.
