INDIAN women have been urged to put the time they spend watching television serials to better use to keep the community's cultural heritage alive in their children.
In making this call, Malaysian Tamil Artistes Association president P.K. Samy said mothers played a central role in ensuring that the community's cultures and traditions were taught to the young.
