PETALING JAYA: Bus and lorry operators have no right to park their vehicles overnight in housing estates, according to Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board (CVLB) chairman Markiman Kobiran.
Markiman said residents could report to the local authorities, police, Road Transport Department (JPJ) or CVLB if they found heavy vehicles taking up parking space or obstructing traffic in their housing estates.
