Wrong forum, TM wins appeal

MALACCA: Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) has won an Internet dumping case in its appeal against an award made by the Consumer Claims Tribunal. 

Court of Appeal judge Justice Low Hop Bing, sitting as a High Court judge yesterday, quashed the tribunal’s decision made on Jan 25 last year ordering TM to refund a primary school teacher RM98.
