KUANTAN: The Education Ministry will come out with a book on the standard operating procedure (SOP) for outings conducted by government schools and learning institutes to avoid mishaps.
The book will include a checklist on safety measures before a journey starts, the number of participants allowed on a trip, steps to taken in the event of an accident as well as prohibited areas.
