KOTA BARU: Villagers in the Jeli district will be given government aid to clear the undergrowth surrounding rubber plantations to deprive tigers of stalking cover.
Federal Development Department director Shukry Salleh said that if the surrounding areas were clean, tigers would be deterred from roaming in the area.
