KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 943 families with a household income below the threshold poverty line are getting assistance from the Housing and Local Government Ministry to pay their house rent, said minister Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting.
He said each family was getting RM124 per month since three months ago through the House Rental Assistance under the ministry’s urban poverty eradication programme.
