KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s decline in the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) should be taken as a “wake-up call” by all parties to wage an all-out war against the menace, said Anti-Corruption Agency director-general Datuk Seri Zulkipli Mat Noor.
He said the ACA had received a lot of complaints and feedback on corruption but not all of them had resulted in the agency opening a case file.
