Corporate clout sought to tackle HIV scourge

KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has urged the corporate sector to take up HIV/AIDS issue as the leading cause in their social responsibility agenda.  

“Besides the vital role of contributing to the much needed funds of the Malaysian AIDS Foundation, implementation of workplace programmes will help increase awareness of HIV/AIDS among employees,” he said the Red Ribbon Gala Charity Dinner.
