KUCHING: Sarawak United Peoples Party will replace some 40% of its city, municipal and district councillors when their term of office expires on Dec 31.
SUPP treasurer-general Datuk David Teng Lung Chi said councillors who would be replaced included those who had served the maximum six years or three terms.
