KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Agriculture Department officials are moving fast to contain a padi plant disease which has affected harvests by as much as 90%.
The disease, being spread by green leafhoppers, has so far been detected in six villages in northern Kota Belud district, which is Sabahs main rice bowl.
