PUTRAJAYA: Controls on building on slopes with a gradient as low as 15 degrees may become more stringent.
The Cabinet committee on hillslope and island development has proposed to amend the current guidelines to include soil and geological studies for hillslopes with gradients of 15 degrees and above before approval for development is given.
