Sultan gives out cash to needy families

ALOR STAR: The Sultan of Kedah met some 200 orphans and needy families in Padang Terap district yesterday to spread Hari Raya cheer. 

The orphans and poor folk were delighted to receive cash aid totalling RM55,000.
