KOTA KINABALU: A combination of the south-westerly winds and a typhoon hovering over northern Philippines has worsened the haze situation in Sabah where visibility has dropped to 3km in some locations yesterday.
In Sarawak, major towns registered lower visibility due to the haze but reported improved air quality.
