KUALA LUMPUR: The Registrar of Societies (ROS) had rightly deregistered the Sarawak National Party (SNAP) nearly four years ago, the High Court ruled.
Justice Md Raus Shariff said the two factions involved in the leadership crisis within SNAP had failed to furnish the ROS with any evidence of settlement of the dispute between them and explain whether the new office bearers had been properly appointed.
