THE recent repeated episode and frustration of potential buyers of Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) unit trust is illustrative of the urgent need for the Government to address this problem.  

On Wednesday, PNB announced that it was issuing Amanah Saham Wawasan 2020 shares with some new features. However, when the counters opened on Friday, most of the shares were sold out within 20 to 30 minutes.
