KUCHING: The Sarawak National Party (SNAP) has already waited nearly four years to find out if it can overturn the Registrar of Societies’ (ROS) decision to revoke its registration.
But SNAP, which has 120,000 members, will have to wait a little bit longer as the Kuala Lumpur High Court had on Aug 28 deferred giving its judgment on the judicial review the party is seeking on the Nov 5, 2002 deregistration.
