KOTA KINABALU: Former Sabah minister Datuk Conrad Mojuntin has been found to be criminally liable for the death of fishmonger Anthony Chang Kim Fook.
As the verdict was read out by Sessions Court judge Dean Wayne, Anthony’s parents David Chang Tai Kim and Khoo Ah Chee let out sighs of relief.
