A TOP priority of Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi when he presents the 2007 Budget to Parliament this afternoon will be to jolt the private sector out of its current mood of scepticism and encourage it to be the engine of growth.
It will be Abdullah’s third Budget since becoming Prime Minister and Finance Minister almost three years ago, and analysts say it’s his most critical Budget.
