Kedah association hopes Bangkok will send back bunga emas

A PAIR of bunga emas and perak (gold and silver ornaments in the shape of flowering plants), which were presented by the Sultan of Kedah to the Siamese king from 1821 to 1906, may be returned to the state, Kosmo! reported. 

The tributes were first sent during the rule of Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin Halim Shah II, the 22nd Sultan of Kedah, to the Siamese monarch then.
