IPOH: A 20-year-old youth has been arrested in connection with the murder of a woman whose skeletal remains were found in a ditch at the Puncak Jelapang Maju housing area.
Perak CID chief Senior Asst Comm (II) Datuk A. Paramasivam said the youth, a helper at a plastics factory here, was arrested just hours after the discovery of the charred skeleton at 6am on Sunday.
