ABOUT 20,000 residents living in the Desa Mentari flats in Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya, are worried that the area could be a dengue hotspot following a few deaths linked to the disease, Tamil Nesan reported.
The daily cited the death of U. Sathiakala,18, on Aug 15, adding that a housewife and her newborn baby had earlier suffered the same fate. About three months ago, a man also reportedly succumbed to the fever.
