KUALA LUMPUR: The Government has introduced a code of ethics and performance appraisal system for contractors to prevent abuse in the implementation of infrastructure projects, Works Minister Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu said.
“These steps taken by the ministry are to ensure that the projects entrusted to the contractors are implemented on schedule and according to specifications,” he said.
