JOHOR BARU: Police have formed a 65-member crime prevention squad to patrol Taman Perling following the killing of salesgirl Chang Shu Chen.
The death of the 18-year-old Chang who was found by the roadside in Taman Perling on Friday, has raised a public outcry, especially from the residents.
