KUALA LUMPUR: Fijian High Commissioner to Malaysia Adi Litia Samanunu Q.T. Cakobau, one of the Pacific island nation's most influential women, is returning home to be a Cabinet minister in the new government.
She will be Minister without Portfolio in Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase's new line-up, following the Soqosoqo ni Duavata ni Lewenivanua party's narrow victory in the May general election.
