PETALING JAYA: The number of hotspots in Sumatra has dropped from 249 to 64 yesterday, but there was an increase from 74 to 102 in Sabah and Sarawak.
Visibility improved after the rain yesterday, with many places recording 10km visibility except for the Cameron Highlands, which recorded the lowest visibility level, 1.2 km; and Subang Jaya and Sitiawan, where visibility was down to 4km.
