KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's exports rose 11.4 percent in June from a year earlier, roughly in line with economists' expectations, and were up 2.8 percent from May, government data showed Friday.
Strong demand for major Malaysian products such as transport equipment, electronic and electrical goods pushed exports to 49.61 billion ringgit (US$13.5 billion; euro11.3 billion) in June, the trade ministry said.
