PETALING JAYA: Banks are not very supportive of the proposed build-and-sell concept, which will be introduced to run concurrently with the existing sell-and-build approach.
International Real Estate Federation Malaysia (Fiabci) president Datuk Teo Chiang Kok said developers had talked to banks a few times but unfortunately, they were not very firm on what they were going to do to support the build-and-sell method.
