KUALA LUMPUR: The first draft of the proposed amendments to the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 is ready, according to Foreign Ministry parliamentary secretary Ahmad Shabery Cheek.
“Now, the first review has been done and many of the rules that have been described as draconian will hopefully be wiped off soon,” Ahmad Shabery said.
