KUALA KANGSAR: Exorbitant prices charged by restaurants and stalls here may have triggered a rumour that those who patronised such outlets often experienced poisoning.
Kuala Kangsar district officer Mohd Ghazali Jalal said the rumour, which started about three weeks ago, had not only affected business at the eateries but also other tourism-related industries such as handicraft.
