KUALA LUMPUR: A timber company managing director claimed trial to cheating a bank of US$1.2mil (RM4.6mil) over the delivery of timber last year.
Ibrahim Salleh, 42, is accused of duping Bangkok Bank Public Company Ltd via Maybank Bhd by inducing it into believing that all documents relating to the liquidity of a documentary credit were genuine.
