KUCHING: Conservation efforts are underway to protect Sarawak’s Irrawaddy dolphins as commercial tours to watch the rare mammal has gained popularity.
Several operators, including fishermen, are offering dolphin-watching tours in the Santubong-Buntal peninsula near here. Inbound tour operator, CPH Travel Agencies, pioneered the first such tour in the country.
