PENANG: Several proposals for the monorail project here have been submitted and the relevant authorities, including the Economic Planning Unit and the Finance Ministry, are studying them, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy.
“This is an important project for the public and it involves a large sum of money and many parties,” he said.
