Top crime busters to speak at Penang seminar next month

PENANG: Prominent investigator Steven Vickers, who probed into the alleged wealth of deposed Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, will be here next month to speak at a seminar.  

Bukit Aman Special Branch assistant director Senior Asst Comm (I) Datuk C. Pakianathan, regarded as one of the region's experts on terrorism, will also be speaking at the seminar on “Supply Chain Loss Preventive Initiative in the New Millennium.”
