JOHOR BARU: The Attorney-General's Chambers should be removed from the jurisdiction of the Prime Minister's Department and put under Parliament again, Johor Baru MP Datuk Shahrir Samad said.
The move, he said, would ensure that the integrity of the Government and Parliament would always be upheld, as the august House would then be able to ensure that the prosecution was held accountable for its actions.
