‘Make effort ‘to improve’

PETALING JAYA: The people of Kuala Lumpur should take criticism constructively and make an effort to improve the city's rating as the third worst out of 35 cities in terms of courtesy.  

This was the opinion of social and business etiquette trainer Puan Sri T.D. Ampikaipakan, who added that there was nothing for city folks to be ashamed of because the lack of courtesy – which she felt was true among urban dwellers – could be fixed.
