JOHOR BARU: Owners of three completed but abandoned shopping and office complexes – Kemayan City, Pacific Mall and Lot 1 JB Waterfront – owe the state RM11.4mil in taxes.
As of last month, Kemayan City's outstanding tax was RM5.44mil, Pacific Mall's RM4.34mil, and Waterfront City's RM1.62mil.
