IPOH: The High Court here has ordered a policeman to enter his defence after overturning a lower court’s decision to free him of a corruption charge.
Judicial Commissioner Azman Husin made the ruling yesterday when he allowed the appeal by Anti-Corruption Agency Deputy Public Prosecutor Kevin Morais against the acquittal of Sjn Che Kerma Muhammed.
