HUMANITARIAN agencies are trying to rush aid to Dili, the beleaguered capital of Timor Leste, where over 100,000 people living in camps after fleeing their homes are facing food and water shortages.
Head of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) office in Dili, Alberto Carlos, said they were working and coordinating with other UN agencies to provide the aid as soon as possible.
