THE Setiawangsa MIC division in Kuala Lumpur has urged various quarters to stop blaming the party over the demolition of the Sri Balamuniswarar Alayam in Setapak on June 8, Tamil Nesan reported.
Division chief S. Raja said that it was the involvement of the MIC that resulted in the temple being given a two-week grace period when Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) officers wanted to demolish the temple on May 11.
