KUALA LUMPUR: Expunging remarks made by Court of Appeal judges is not something new in Malaysia and England is not the home of such cases, the High Court heard yesterday.
As such, bringing in a Queen’s Counsel (QC) would not assist construction firm Fawziah Holdings Sdn Bhd in opposing the appeal by toll concessionaire Metramac Corporation Sdn Bhd at the Federal Court.
