KUALA LUMPUR: Protesters against the electricity tariff hike in front of the KLCC on Sunday have lodged a complaint with the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam), claiming police personnel used excessive force.
Suara Rakyat Malaysia (Suaram) submitted a memorandum on the alleged violence to the commission yesterday.
