NS council to decide whether to exempt mum of three

KUALA LUMPUR: A young mother who has dodged national service training twice will know if she can be exempted from future stints when the NS Training Department makes its decision at the next council meeting. 

Cheng Seok Teng, 20, from Mambau, Negri Sembilan, had said that her eight-month-old baby needed her attention and she, therefore, had to skip training again.
