ALOR STAR: Police have arrested two men and seized a total of 97 slabs of cannabis found in two cars that had earlier passed through the Bukit Kayu Hitam checkpoint.
Kedah police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Zuber Shariff said police stopped the first car, a Toyota Altis, at a junction near the Bukit Kayu Hitam mosque at about 7.20am last Saturday and found 83 slabs of cannabis on the back seat.
