KUALA LUMPUR: The Road Transport Act has been amended to allow the Road Transport Department (JPJ) to impose a fee on foreign vehicles.
Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Azlan Abu Bakar told Parliament that motorists, except those driving goods vehicles, would have to pay the fee when entering via designated points.
