PETALING JAYA: KUB-Berjaya Enviro, which manages the Bukit Tagar landfill, said it could not allow anyone to dump their waste without prior approval from the Housing and Local Government Ministry.
“We were surprised to see garbage trucks with rubbish for the Kundang dumpsite lining up to dump their rubbish at Bukit Tagar,” said its managing director Chock Eng Tah yesterday.
