INDIAN youths who want to attend government-training institutes have to submit their application forms before Friday, Tamil Nesan reported.
It said most of the youths who had completed their SPM exam had already submitted their forms to attend courses at Giat Mara, Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and Institut Kemahiran Belia (IKB) following advice from the MIC-owned Yayasan Sosial Strategik (YSS).
